Aksels brings Colorado-inspired fashion to Steamboat Springs

When shoppers stroll inside the new Aksels retail outlet in downtown Steamboat Springs, they will be greeted by uniquely designed, Colorado-affected hats, socks, T-shirts and extras.

“We give products and solutions that are much more special and artistically believed about and made Colorado solutions,” manager Tim O’Connor claimed. “We are trying to be a little bit different than each and every other Colorado retail store that is out there. … We make all sorts of distinctive products and solutions that are going to be Colorado influenced. We provide really neat and truly imagined-out Colorado and Steamboat gear.”

Denver-based Aksels (pronounced Axels) was started in 2007 and has a warehouse in Denver, alongside with stores in the Cherry Creek Mall, Park Meadows Mall, Denver Intercontinental Airport, Castle Rock, Salida and now Steamboat.

The Steamboat retail outlet, which opened in mid-December, is situated in the decreased stage of the Previous City Sq. Making at 635 Lincoln Ave.

“Our key target is like hats and socks,” O’Connor explained. “That’s the place the manufacturer seriously commenced.”

O’Connor explained the products and solutions are produced from substantial-high quality elements, and most of the T-shirts and hoodies are a cotton blend that offer a snug fit when remaining long lasting. He says all of the products are unique, with a layout that offers the point out and the city with edgy, up-to-day alternatives.
