Coming off of two losses in a row, the Steelers will head to Lambeau Field to face the Packers, who are coming off of two wins in a row.
The Steelers got off to a surprising start by upsetting the Bills in Week 1. From there, their next two performances were a major downgrade. Ben Roethlisberger has thrown three interceptions and been sacked six times in the last two games.
The Packers also started with a shocker, losing 38-3 Week 1 to the Saints. Since that game, Aaron Rodgers has thrown six touchdowns and no interceptions.
The Packers are favored to win in this Super Bowl XLV rematch, especially now that Rodgers is playing better. They are also coming off a thrilling “Sunday Night Football” win against the 49ers, when they won on a field goal in the last seconds of the game. Wide receiver Davante Adams had 132 receiving yards on Sunday against the 49ers as he continues to be a threat for the Packers opponents.
The Steelers were without their star linebacker on Sunday, T.J. Watt, and they lost their 75 straight sack game streak. They were already without their wide receiver Diontae Johnson, but then lost another wide receiver, JuJu Smith-Schuster, during the game. All these players are questionable leading up to Sunday’s game.
